I'm a professional welterweight fighting out of Camberley — still active, still in camp, still competing. When you train with me you're learning from someone who lives this every week: the same technique, footwork and conditioning I use to prepare for a fight, scaled to exactly where you are right now.

I build every session around you — your level, your goals and how you turn up on the day, so the work never gets stale. Most sessions move through three kinds of work:
